For design layouts
In all layouts, the design must be placed within the safety margin area marked by the yellow line (bleed included). The die-cut line must be on a separate layer of the layout.
Requirements for 1 LP Outer Sleeves
All layouts must be created in Adobe Illustrator (version CC 2020 or earlier). File formats: AI, PDF (preferred), EPS.
Layouts must be in CMYK color mode (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). When preparing the layout, it is recommended to use the FOGRA 39 color profile. Raster images should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines (curves).
The background (fill or raster images) should extend beyond the trim edge by at least 3 mm (the bleed of at least 3 mm must be set in the document properties). All important elements (text, logo, etc.) should be placed at least 3mm away from the trim edge. If there is an outer frame in the layout, they should be at least 5mm away from the trim edge.
Outer Sleeve 1 LP (pdf)Requirements for 2 LP Gatefold Outer Sleeves
All layouts must be created in Adobe Illustrator (version CC 2020 or earlier). File formats: AI, PDF (preferred), EPS.

Gatefold Outer Sleeves 2 LP (pdf)Requirements for 1 LP Inner Sleeves
All layouts must be created in Adobe Illustrator (version CC 2020 or earlier). File formats: AI, PDF (preferred), EPS.

Inner Sleeves 1 LP (pdf)Requirements for Labels
- The outer diameter of the vinyl label is 100 mm. The bleed area should be no less than 2 mm and no more than 5 mm (preferably 3 mm).
- The diameter of the central hole in the vinyl label is 7 mm. Filling the circle inside the vinyl label with white color or placing non-printing elements within it is not recommended.
- The vinyl label must be placed on a separate layer or rendered in a flat color with overprint along the outline.
- Acceptable file formats: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS. PSD and TIFF files with layers are also acceptable, provided they do not contain alpha channels or outlines.
- The layout must be in CMYK color mode, without embedded ICC profiles. The total ink coverage (TIC) should not exceed 200%.
- The recommended resolution for raster images is 300 dpi (minimum 200 dpi, maximum 600 dpi).
- Black backgrounds and images should be rendered with CMYK values of C=35%, M=30%, Y=25%, K=100%. Small black text and elements should be K=100%. The minimum line width should be 0.1 mm (0.3 pt).
- Fonts must be embedded in the layout or converted to outlines (curves).
- Custom trapping is not recommended. If used, please specify this when submitting the layout.
- When saving files, ensure that editing permissions are retained. When exporting a PDF from Adobe Illustrator, it is recommended to embed all imported images within the document.
For Audio Files
Technical Requirements for Audio Files Intended for Vinyl Record Pressing
- Accepted files should be in Waveform Audio File Format (extensions: wav, wave) or Audio Interchange File Format (extensions: aif, aiff, aifc). Additionally, audio files stored on analog or digital media may be provided upon prior agreement.
- File contents must be uncompressed PCM audio. Files compressed with lossy codecs (mp3, aac, etc.) or wav/aif files containing compressed data are not permitted.
- Sampling rate: any standard rate from 44.1 kHz to 192 kHz.
- Bit depth: 16, 24, or 32 bits (float).
- Maximum signal level: –3 dBFS (minus three decibels relative to full scale). Peak limiters must not be used in the mastering process. When measured according to EBU R128 standards, the recommended maximum short-term loudness (S) should not exceed +5 LU. Levels above +8 LU can cause significant distortion.
- Excessive high-frequency content (such as sibilants in speech and vocals, percussion, etc.) must be avoided. Depending on the playback equipment, an excess of high frequencies may result in strong nonlinear distortions.
- Phase correlation should not be weak (values below 0), especially at low frequencies.
- The nominal playing time for one side is 18 minutes. An extension up to 22 minutes and 30 seconds is permissible without substantial loss of quality. The maximum playing time for one side is 24 minutes. Exceeding the nominal duration may lead to reduced volume and sound quality.
- Audio should be provided as two separate files (one for each side). Filenames must include an indication of the side (e.g., Side A, Side B, etc.). Each file must contain track markers (with start and end timecodes) and markers for the beginning of all silences between tracks (if applicable; in this case, the tracks on the record will be visually separated by connecting grooves). The minimum silence between tracks is 2 seconds. Track markers should have concise titles (in the “name” or “label” field) that clearly identify each work or section.
- A catalog number (if available) must be provided for etching into the dead wax (the non-grooved area between the last track and the vinyl label). This number can also be used as the filename.
